Okay today i saw something on television that amused me , e.g. When we sit down on the toilet bowl seat and we flush it will our ass be sucked in as well ? The answer was no . Why ? Cos our ass doesn't cover the whole toilet bowl seat , but if we do cover the whole toilet bowl seat there's gonna be very low percentage of our ass being sucked in ( Unless the toilet bowl is malfunction . )

Now is 5.17am and i blogging . Yes i know i am too no life , what to do . I tried to sleep but i can't sleep . I wonder why most of my friends are like me too , most of them just cannot sleep and they don't know the reasons why they cannot sleep . So i just did some research and found out those reasons .

1. Stress is a big reason why people can't sleep at night, but if you give yourself just 15 minutes to address the source of your problems, you take the pressure off when you finally get into bed at night. Eliminate the conditioned anxiety that comes with trying to sleep by reassuring yourself that you will sleep or distracting yourself.

2. Go to bed at the same time every night. Practice night time relaxation routines, such as muscle relaxation or meditation.

3. Skip the nap. A 15-minute power nap can refresh you during the day, but any longer than that and you could find yourself struggling for slumber later.

4. Regular exercise is helpful against insomnia, but not within three hours of bedtime. Exercise is energizing and raises your body temperature. Try to arrange your workout either in the morning or late afternoon.

5. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and nicotine. A glass of wine with dinner won’t do any harm, but a couple of nightcaps can disrupt the quality of your sleep once you've metabolized the alcohol, causing you to wake up halfway through the night.

6. Use the bed only for sleep and sex. If there's a TV in your bedroom, don't watch it in bed. Don't use your bed for work. Dragging your wireless laptop there brings with it all the stress and interruptions that come with it.

So these are the reasons why most people can't sleep and i think is true too . Alright i gotta go sleep now , since tomorrow will be going out . Night Insomnia human .
